e-Wilson is an inventory management service which utilizes the technology and power of the internet to bring an array of useful tools and information to our customers on site.
How does it work?
There are six areas of services in the system. Customers may choose to utilize some or all of them, according to their needs.
Once signed up with the program, simply log into the system. Access to the information on file is restricted to and controlled by the requirements of the customer.

- PRODUCT INQUIRY
Allows clients to conduct a variety of product inquiry searches including forward and reverse trial kits.
- PRODUCT/SERVICE REQUESTS
Enables clients to conduct online purchasing. Additionally, customers can place service requests directly over the web.
- VIEW SHOPPING CART
An area that allows users to add, edit, or delete product and/or service requests.
- APPROVE REQUEST
Area where requests for products and services are approved (by authorized user) and requisitions can be viewed.
- REPORTS AND ANALYSIS
Allows clients to generate graphical reports using system provided algorithms based on their stored furniture assets. Additionally, dealer supplied reports can be processed and received via email.
- HISTORICAL DATA
Gives users the ability to view information that exists for them on the server. Graphical analysis on the client's purchasing statistics can also be conducted here.
